That’s not feminism. That’s sexism, which yes, can also come from self-proclaimed “feminists”. In fact, an entire wave of “feminism” was established on the idea of hating on men because it was at a time when women had to be quite outspoken to be heard at all.

Though in modern times, anyone seriously saying “all men bad” is just being an ignorant sexist regardless of their proclaimed beliefs. Don’t feed in to their BS by treating them as paragons of feminism. They’re just haters who do not understand that feminism needs to include lifting up good men and enabling them to open up.

There’s plenty of feminist literature about raising compassionate, empathetic, loving sons.

Explain how exercise helps men achieve fitness if it causes them to spontaneously combust.

How can exercise be helpful if it’s setting people on fire?

Given that exercise harms people: how is it helpful?

      Explain that.
