The only time I went on Kik was because someone I played Wordfued with told me to join because she wanted to send a photo of her dog and Wordfued chat doesn’t support images.

She sent me her dog, I replied with a photo of mine, and then she sent me a video of her sticking a hairbrush up her unmentionables.

So yeah I had a pretty positive Kik experience actually.

Kick and Kik is not the same.

Kick is a livestreaming platform, alternative to Twitch which is riddled with gambling and irl nuisance streaming.

Oh. Well, that may explain why I saw a hairbrush being used outside of the manufacturers recommendations, and not Nazis playing poker.

        Thanks for the clarification.

You definitely got the better deal. I mean… I wouldn’t necessarily object to seeing a hair brush used like that on a Nazi either, but only if it was inserted sideways or bristles first.

He was the guy riding the cresting wave of YouTube enshittification. A lot of the more obnoxious marketing gimmicks - Soy Face, most notable - were pioneered by his team.

Idk if you can blame him explicitly for a generation of slop. But he’s the physical embodiment of doing literally anything for attention. His mannerisms and soulless self-promotion have become the curse of the GenZ demographic.
